Hi there,

Noted on your preference, but is there any reason why you are keen in this project? How about others? 3 bedrooms at $1.8m for high floor will be quite unlikely given the launch price that the current owners have purchased, unless they are hit hard by the recent interest hikes that they need to let go at no profit, otherwise I honestly feel that this pricing is not quite relevant currently.
